This fabulous holiday home in a peaceful location is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the small country town of Coromandel.

Whether you are lazing on the lounge, reading in bed, or sipping wine on the deck, you will enjoy stunning views of the Harbour, Wyuna Bay, Ruffins Bay, Wanganui Island and Te Kouma. The red sunset skies are panoramic.

Situated 2 kms from the heart of town and 1 km from Long Bay Beach, with boat ramp, this property is perfectly located.

There is a brand new extension consisting of kitchen, lounge, dining, master bedroom and large sheltered decks. The very well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, 90 cm oven/gas hobs, french door fridge/freezer, nutribullet, coffee plunger, slow cooker and more will make catering a pleasure.

Living area is spacious with plentiful lounge seating and of course the home comforts of WIFI, large flat screen and TV in the master bedroom.
